I would recommend taking the bus down to the Cabo, and then catch the ferry. Nowadays, they have good bus service, that isn't too expensive and high quality, first class. Hi this I think depends on the hire company so you need to speak to them about this. I think there are some companies that do allow some leaway for speeding fines as they are always getting them in the US but you really do need to check with them. Hope that its works out ok and you go on to have a great holiday. although it wont be the end of the world if you are unable to drive. I have never driven in Orlando and manage to do everything i need to using cabs and public transport.

This will not be a problem if you add him to the named drivers when you collect the car. You will both need your driving licence (both parts) and your passports for identification plus all the documents you have been sent to take along. I have looked into this several times as I am trying to brave driving there myself as it can sometimes be taxing managing with public transport. have driven abroad before as well so not sure why I worry re Orlando. have a great holiday.
